Husein has always believed that a great café is built not just on good food, but on consistency, atmosphere, and genuine hospitality. His vision guides the growth of our concepts, ensuring every visit feels familiar, welcoming, and thoughtfully crafted — from the first coffee to the last bite.
OUR STORY
At The Warehouse Caffè and Cucina Sana, our story is one of family, purpose, and a dream built together — rooted in hard work and the belief that food should always feel honest, nourishing, and made with love.
Our founder, Gabriela Cristian, came to Dubai in 1990 as a textile engineer and spent over two decades working in supply chain operations. When the time came to begin a new chapter, she dreamed of creating something of her own — a place that would honor her journey and reflect the values she carried from home into everyday life.
“I came to Dubai in 1990 as a textile engineer and worked in supply chain operations for 22 years. When I left, I wanted to do something that reflected my past — so I thought, why not open a restaurant and call it The Warehouse Caffè?”
That same dedication and attention to detail followed her into the kitchen, where every ingredient, every recipe, and every plate is treated with care — just like a home-cooked meal.
By her side, her husband Husein shared the same dream. After years working within a major public utilities organization in Dubai, he longed to build something meaningful for their family — a place where structure and consistency could meet warmth and hospitality. Together, they poured their experience, values, and hearts into creating cafés that feel welcoming, dependable, and deeply personal.
What began as one small café has grown into a family of kitchens across Dubai — three Warehouse Caffè locations and one Cucina Sana, with more on the way. Yet despite the growth, the feeling remains the same: food prepared fresh each day, served with care, and rooted in the warmth of a family kitchen.
We believe food should be simple, honest, and nourishing — made daily with intention and shared with the people who become part of our story. Whether you’re stopping by for your morning coffee, enjoying lunch with colleagues, or catering for your team, every dish is prepared with heart, so every visit feels like coming home.
