Husein believes a great café runs on consistency and genuine hospitality, so every visit feels familiar, from the first coffee to the last bite.
OUR STORY
How it started
Gabriela Cristian came to Dubai in 1990 as a textile engineer and spent 22 years in supply chain operations: warehouses, shipments, and getting things to the right place on time.
"When I left, I wanted to do something that reflected my past — so I thought, why not open a restaurant and call it The Warehouse Caffè?"
Her husband, Husein, had spent years at a major public utilities organisation in Dubai. In 2017 they opened The Warehouse Caffè together in Jebel Ali Free Zone, for the people who work here.
How we work
Everything starts in our own kitchens at JAFZA 1. Cucina Sana, our biggest kitchen, cooks every catering order and the hot meals for our shops at JAFZA 14 and 15.
Our coffee is a house blend made for us, and at JAFZA 15 and Cucina Sana we also brew rotating single origins as V60 pour-over.
Today
We run The Warehouse Caffè at JAFZA 1, 14 and 15, and Cucina Sana at JAFZA 1. We feed office teams every weekday, from the first coffee at 7 am to lunch for the whole meeting room.
Still family-run, and still cooking fresh every weekday.
